
LARGE GROUP CONDITIONING CLASSES
Large group training that consists of 3 pillars of training: ENGINE, MIXED MODAL & METCON. Each class has a conditioning bias and we look to bring the best out of everyone within the 45 minutes you are training. Conditioning, strength and a mix of the 2 is where we look to take your fitness to the next level!

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Coaching you how to move and lift with intent in a group setting. Its 1-1 personal training support with 3-5 other like-minded individuals. Environment is everything when it comes to training and working out along side others striving for more is the perfect fit for change.
We work in 8 week blocks of programming with each day having its own strength focus. For example.. Mondays is Bench Press and Tuesdays is Front Squat. These change every 8 weeks. The workout after the strength piece is Full Body that ends with a Metcon or added strength accessories.
